To correctly diagnose and provide the best care, we initially meet with new patients twice: The first time, as a consultation; and, the second time for treatment. The first appointment is a consultative, introductory visit to discuss your needs and conduct an oral examination during which the state of soft tissues, teeth and existing dental restorations is assessed and a series of radiographs is completed.
This first consultative type meeting is necessary to prepare you and our team for your first treatment — whether a simple teeth cleaning, a more advanced treatment or a referral to another specialist. Your first visit is a great time to get to know us and ask questions in an unhurried environment.
For your convenience, you can download a new patient form, history form and our financial policy. Please take your time to complete these forms and bring them with you to your first appointment. (Forms cannot be e-mailed to us at this time; we regret any inconvenience.)
